Wilburn Chesser graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Maryland School of Law. Mr. Chesser is currently a partner at Arent Fox, where his practice includes all aspects of patent law and related areas. In addition to his patent work, Mr. Chesser works closely with attorneys focusing on FDA work, the health care industry, the telemedicine field, and corporate and venture capital work. Mr. Chesser co-chairs the firm’s software group, an interdisciplinary team of attorneys focused on intellectual property, regulatory, legislative, litigation and corporate issues in the software industry. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, School of Law in environmental courses.
